With a Master of Work-related Therapy (MOT) level from Nebraska Methodist University, you're empowered to equip people with vital tools that boost their quality of life, even in the face of obstacles. This 2.5 year program focuses on the method of work-related therapy, stressing using previous skills and knowledge to improve the efficiency of OT technique and the development of sophisticated grown-up learning abilities for recurring specialist development.
The program is made to build on your previous studies with the principles of work therapy technique and see you create the interdisciplinary understanding and expert skills needed to practice as an OT. You'll take on a variety of research-focused courses and complete advanced training in medical reasoning and health research, enhancing your understanding of the duty of proof in work therapy technique.
The program code for the Master of Work-related Treatment Studies is 5147. Grads of the program will be eligible to sit for the national accreditation examination for the occupational therapist provided by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Treatment (NBCOT).
The Australian Government has authorized this master's program for income assistance repayments to be made to eligible pupils. Throughout the program, you'll take on more than 1000 hours of monitored professional placements in UQ's Occupational Treatment Clinics located at the St Lucia university and
masters Degree in occupational therapy hospitals, colleges and various other medical care organisations.
