With a Master of Job-related Treatment (MOT) level from Nebraska Methodist University, you're encouraged to equip individuals with important tools that enhance their lifestyle, even despite challenges. This 2.5 year program concentrates on the practice of work treatment, stressing the use of prior skills and understanding to enhance the performance of OT practice and the growth of innovative adult understanding abilities for recurring professional advancement.
The program is made to build on your previous research studies with the principles of occupational therapy practice and see you develop the interdisciplinary knowledge and specialist skills required to practice as an OT. You'll embark on a variety of research-focused courses and total sophisticated training in medical thinking and wellness research, advancing your understanding of the function of proof in occupational therapy practice.
A bachelor's level (or equivalent) and have finished university-level researches
masters degree in occupational therapy human makeup, human physiology, and initial psychology. Domestic pupils who are approved into the Master of Job-related Therapy Research studies pay tuition fees. The Master of Work-related Therapy Research studies is approved by the Job-related Therapy Council of Australia Ltd (OTC) and authorized by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA).
The Australian Federal government has approved this master's program for earnings assistance settlements to be made to qualified pupils. Throughout the program, you'll embark on greater than 1000 hours of monitored scientific positionings in UQ's Occupational Therapy Facilities located at the St Lucia campus and in healthcare facilities, colleges and various other medical care organisations.
