For custom-printed orders, terminations and adjustments can be requested prior to proof authorization. Sleeves, coasters, napkins are electronically printed and can be published in numerous shades without additional fees. Any cancellation on a custom published order prior to authorization will be subject to a 3% cancellation cost or a minimum of $25, in addition to any proofs that have currently been created.

Please note that bigger orders, on skids, will not be fit for special handling as it needs the unwrapping of the skid and added handling of individual boxes which the providers will certainly not sustain. These items are electronically printed and can be printed in CMYK, complete color.
